Diapers made close to home
Bamby Baby is an Uzbek baby diaper brand with its own production in Tashkent. We make a straightforward product without the markup of imports and logistics.
Why we do this
Diapers are an everyday essential: a family buys them every week for two or three years running. When everything is imported, logistics, customs and the exchange rate all get added to the price — and it's the family that pays for it.
We manufacture in Uzbekistan and ship directly to pharmacies, supermarkets and marketplaces. That keeps both the price and the availability stable: the product doesn't disappear from the shelf because of a delay at the border.

Production
Our own line
The full assembly cycle on a single line — from cutting the non-woven fabric to packaging.
Verified raw materials
Fluff pulp, super absorbent and non-woven fabrics from suppliers who document quality for every batch.
Lab testing
Every batch is tested for absorbency, rewet and seam strength.
Traceability
The batch number on the pack lets us pull up the full production history of that batch.
What we check in every batch
- Total core absorbency and absorption speed.
- Rewet — how much moisture returns to the skin under pressure.
- Tensile strength of the tabs and the elastic waistband.
- Integrity of seams and anti-leak barriers.
- Absence of fragrance and dyes in the layer touching the skin.
Documents and certificates
The product complies with O‘zDSt standards and comes with a certificate of conformity and test reports. A full document pack is available on request for wholesale buyers and export shipments.
